Low balance notifications

What is it?

With pre-payment scenario enabled, end-user can activate low balance notifications where e-mail is sent to user when running balance is getting below set threshold.

Note: Low balance notifications can be activated only if recurring payments (automated top ups) are not enabled.

How to configure low balance notifications?

End-user can setup low balance notifications under Billing account view.

To enable low balance notifications, the user must set a threshold that defines the balance level at which a notification will be triggered.

How to disable low balance notifications?

You can disable notifications by using one of the following options:

  • Disable low balance notifications by clicking Disable Balance Notification button,

  • or, enable automated top ups

Admin:

  • Admin can modify global threshold amount for low balance notifications under Admin → Settings page.

Note: If a global low balance threshold is not set, the low balance notifications feature will be disabled by default for all users. Once a threshold is set, the feature will be enabled by default. Changing the threshold will NOT trigger notifications e-mail sending!
