Network
What is it?
A section on Warren platform for handling creation and management of network-related resources
Main Components:
VPC - Virtual Private Cloud
A virtual private cloud (VPC) is a private network interface for collections of your resources. VPC network is available at no additional cost. This provides a certain level of isolation between the different resources. At the moment, each user can create up to 10 VPC pools.
Floating IP
A Floating IP is an IP address that can be instantly moved from one VM to another VM in the same VPC network. This also enables quick response for failovers when some system components malfunction, lifting reliability of the whole system.
End users can reserve up to 30 unused floating addresses by default, though this limit varies by data center configuration. It can be increased upon customer request.
In-use or assigned Floating IPs are free; unassigned ones may be free or incur charges.
