Integrating Intercom chat

Platform supports Intercom as a chat tool. Setting up Intercom has to be done by platform development team.

For setup it is needed to provide Intercom settings:

  • App Id

  • App secret

 

How to find these?

  • Open: app.intercom.com

  • Go to Settings menu:

    • Open Settings menu

  • Find App ID:

    • Go to: Settings → Installation → Web

      • Go to Settings - Installation - Web

         

  • Find App Secret:

    • Go to: Settings → Security → Security Settings

    • Click on: Identity verification for web

    • Make sure Identity verification is enabled!

      • Scroll to the bottom of the page: Identity verification for web

    • Copy App Secret:
